Welcome to Airline Accounting Center Krakow

Airline Accounting Center Sp. z o.o. (AAC) is an independent group company of Lufthansa German Airlines and provides airline accounting and administrative services.

AAC in Krakow is one of three Shared Service Centers, providing its services for Lufthansa’s destinations in the region of Europe and Africa, having two sister companies located in Bangkok and Mexico City.

Since March 2006 we started services for FinnAir and in January 2007 we started a new project of sales and fare audits for Swiss, while other administrative services are presently developed.

AAC in Krakow started its activity in February 2003 with 32 employees. Increasing our activities step by step, AAC currently counts over 200 employees. The present services of AAC are provided by two main departments, Finance Accounting and Sales Accounting.

AAC provides high transaction quality at competitive unit costs for our customers by facilitating innovative automation and efficient, standardized and consolidated transaction processes at our center, with accurate and proactive professionals. Various services are presently provided in close cooperation with the customers and countries we serve.
